TL;DR

The Zoning Code Technical Committee held an extremely brief 10-minute meeting to discuss a substitute ordinance related to shoreland-wetland and floodplain zoning regulations. The short meeting suggests the committee may have been reviewing technical amendments to existing zoning rules.
