4. Report by Comptroller of the 2016 Outstanding Receivables.
5. Discussion relating to the State collection services and possible uses.
6. Report by parking sub groups on towing, booting, payment of unpaid citations and adjudication.
7. Discussion relating to demographics of debtors.
8. Discussion relating to demographics of debtors.
9. Discussion relating to including delinquent water bills, DNS charges and DPW charges on the tax bill or should these be sent to a collection agency.
10. Discussion relating to the oversight and centralization of collection.
11. Discussion relating to possible recommendations to the Common Council.

13. Members of the Common Council and its standing committees who are not members of this committee may attend this meeting to participate or to gather information. Notice is given that this meeting may constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of its standing committees, although they will not take any formal action at this meeting.

15. Limited parking for persons attending meetings in City Hall is available at reduced rates (5 hour limit) at the Milwaukee Center on the southwest corner of East Kilbourn and North Water Street. Parking tickets must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall.
16. Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division.
