Resolution approval of the proposed Public Housing Assessment System Recovery Agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development The Board may receive a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, regarding the Recovery Agreement and Sustainability Plan. The Board may then reconvene in open session concerning any such item following the Closed Session.

While a quorum of the Crucible, Inc. Board may be present at the HACM meeting, they will not exercise the responsibilities, authority, or duties vested in the Crucible, Inc. Board of Directors.
