In the subject line, please state your interest in speaking during Public Comment, emailing using the address to which you would like us to respond. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Fire and Police Commission members results in a quorum or a negative quorum of the Commission or another committee and whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee's realm of authority.
