- Roll call and approval of the minutes from the October 21st meeting.
- The Board may convene into closed session pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(h), Wis. Stats., to consider and render confidential advice. The Board will then convene into open session as authorized by s. 19.85(2), Wis. Stats. to continue with the remainder of the agenda.
- Review and approval of the 2024 Annual Report.
- Statement of Economic Interest -- posting them online survey results, amending the form for 2026 and update on annual filing.
- Review newly filed Statement of Economic Interest Forms for clarity and completeness.
