  2. Roll call and approval of the minutes from the previous meeting.
  3. Discussion of Complaint Filed by Jeffrey Thomas.
  4. The Board may convene into closed session pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(h), Wis. Stats., to consider and render confidential advice. The Board will then convene into open session as authorized by s. 19.85(2), Wis. Stats. to continue with the remainder of the agenda.
  5. Report from staff relating to office activities of the previous month.
  6. Election of a new Chairperson.

Therefore, notice is given that this meeting may constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of its Standing Committees, and must be noticed as such, although they will not take any formal action at this meeting.
