  6. 6. Communication from the Office of the Mayor to extend the temporary appointment for Mary Reed, Systems Analyst-Senior, for 4-months, from February 1, 2026, through June 1, 2026. This is the second extension request.

  11. The Board may convene in closed session pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(a) Wis. Stats., to deliberate concerning a case which was the subject of a quasi-judicial hearing before the Board of City Service Commissioners, or pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(f) Wis. Stats., to consider financial, medical, social or personal histories of disciplinary data of specific persons, or the investigation of charges against specific persons, which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories of data, or involved in such problems or investigations. The Board may then reconvene in open session concerning any such item following the closed session pursuant to Section 19.85 (2) Wis. Stats.
  12. In the event that Common Council members who are not members of this committee attend this meeting, this meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel, Judiciary and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development, and/or Steering and Rules. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority. In the event that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting.
