    The Commission went into a closed session at 2:22 p.m. and came back into open session at 2:45 p.m. The commission found based on a preponderance of the evidence that the Department had just cause to discipline the appellant, Mr. Tatum. APPROVED Aye 5 (Bock, Miller, Smith, Cleary) No: 0 The Commission found based on a preponderance of the evidence that the Department had just cause to discharge the appellant, Mr. Tatum.   7. The Board may convene in closed session pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(a) Wis. Stats., to deliberate concerning a case which was the subject of a quasi-judicial hearing before the Board of City Service Commissioners. The Board may then reconvene in open session concerning any such item following the closed session pursuant to Section 19.85 (2) Wis. Stats.

  9. Limited parking for persons attending meetings in City Hall is available at reduced rates (5-hour limit) at the Milwaukee Center on the southwest corner of East Kilbourn and North Water Street. Parking tickets must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall.
