2. Pursuant to Section 8 44 112 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, time is reserved for public comment on legislative items appearing on this agenda or related to the committee. Members of the public wishing to speak may sign up on the Council Committee signup sheet posted outside the room where the committee is scheduled to meet. Public Comment sign up for Council Committee meetings will end immediately before the meeting begins. Public Comment is limited to eight minutes total at Council Committee meetings and each speaker is allowed up to two minutes to speak. All public comment speakers must present proof of Tennessee residency. 4. 1. A resolution approving the Second Amendment to a Grant Subcontract between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Juvenile Justice Center (Metro Juvenile Court), and Counter Punch Youth Academy.

5. 2. A resolution accepting the terms of a cooperative purchasing master agreement with Motorola Solutions, Inc. for public safety software for the Metropolitan Nashville Department of Emergency Communications.

A resolution approving a provider participation agreement between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and Renaissance Life and Health Insurance Company of America, to allow the Metropolitan Government to participate in provider networks and receive payment for services provided to individuals enrolled in a TennCare Dental Benefits Management Program.

A resolution accepting a grant from the Tennessee Department of Health to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to promote the proper use of all recommended vaccines and respond to vaccine preventable diseases in collaboration with the CDC and other partners.

A resolution approving amendment one to the Healthy Start Initiative Grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration, to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to provide a variety of services in reducing infant mortality for pregnant and parenting women.

A resolution approving amendment one to a grant from A Step Ahead Foundation of Middle Tennessee, Inc. to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to provide reimbursement for certain costs associated with providing long-acting reversible contraception.

A resolution approving amendment two to a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to provide for the prevention, surveillance, diagnosis, and treatment of HIV/AIDS and to administer a Minority AIDS Initiative program.

A resolution approving amendments four, five, and six to a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to provide for the prevention, surveillance, diagnosis, and treatment of HIV/AIDS and to administer a Minority AIDS Initiative program.

A resolution to approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD), Nashville Fire Department (NFD) as it relates to the Metro Nashville Arson & Explosives Task Force (MNAETF), which is a collective coordination of resources and assets to investigate the criminal misuse of fire and explosives in Nashville and surrounding areas.
