2. Pursuant to Section 8 44 112 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, time is reserved for public comment on legislative items appearing on this agenda. Members of the public wishing to speak may sign up on the Council Committee signup sheet posted outside the room where the committee is scheduled to meet. Public Comment sign up for Council Committee meetings will end immediately before the meeting begins. Public Comment is limited to eight minutes total at Council Committee meetings and each speaker is allowed up to two minutes to speak. All public comment speakers must present proof of Tennessee residency. 4. 1. A resolution approving an intergovernmental agreement by and between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Department of Information Technology Services (“ITS”), and the State of Tennessee, Department of Transportation (“TDOT”), for the installation and maintenance of private license use facilities on the rights-of-way and highways under the jurisdiction of the State.

5. 2. A resolution accepting the terms of a cooperative purchasing master agreement with Ameresco, Inc. for the purchase of energy consulting and management services, building and other energy solutions and related products and services for the Department of General Services.

An ordinance amending Metropolitan Code of Laws section 16.04.172 to clarify the power of the director of codes administration to revoke a permit and deny an application for a permit when the applicant or a related person or entity is in violation of an existing permit or provision of Title 16, and amending section 16.24.060 to correct a scrivener’s error.
