2. Pursuant to Section 8 44 112 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, time is reserved for public comment on legislative items appearing on this agenda. Members of the public wishing to speak may sign up on the Council Committee signup sheet posted outside the room where the committee is scheduled to meet. Public Comment sign up for Council Committee meetings will end immediately before the meeting begins. Public Comment is limited to eight minutes total at Council Committee meetings and each speaker is allowed up to two minutes to speak. All public comment speakers must present proof of Tennessee residency. 4. 1. A resolution accepting a grant from the Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Nashville Public Library, for the purchase and installation of a powered, adult-sized changing table in the single occupancy restroom of the Green Hills Branch Library.

5. 2. A resolution accepting an in-kind grant from the Friends of Two Rivers Mansion to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Nashville Parks and Recreation Department, to provide a Summit Commercial Ice Maker for Stone Hall at Two Rivers Mansion.

6. 3. A resolution accepting a grant from the Hillsboro-West End Neighborhood Association to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Parks and Recreation, to provide funding for the annual maintenance and repair costs of the mosaic Sea Serpent sculpture (“the dragon”) at Fannie Mae Dees Park.

7. 4. A resolution approving amendment four to the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) grant from the Tennessee Department of Transportation to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Nashville Parks and Recreation Department, to provide funding for the Opry Mills Greenway Connector project for construction of a multi-modal path and elevated boardwalk from the Cumberland River Pedestrian Bridge to the Opry Mills Complex.
