24. 2026-0822 Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh, and the Office of Management and Budget to apply for a grant from Pennsylvania Department of Economic Development’s Multimodal Transportation Fund for the Renovation of the Boulevard of the Allies in the Central Business District. The grant proposal includes an ask not to exceed THREE MILLION ($3,000,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.

25. 2026-0823 Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh, and the Office of Management and Budget to apply for a grant from Pennsylvania Department of Economic Development’s Multimodal Transportation Fund for the Sheraden Station Plaza Intersection Safety Improvement and the Wabash Street Community Connector projects. The grant proposal includes an ask not to exceed ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED TWENTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY SIX ($1,122,996.00) dollars for this stated purpose.

26. 2026-0824 Resolution approving the recommendation made by the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure that the concrete portion of Fernhill Avenue from Belbrook Street to Elmbank Street should be paved with asphalt in accordance with Section 417.06 of the Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances.

28. 2026-0826 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a supplemental agreement or agreements with CDR Maguire, Inc., for Project Design Management Services and Reviews in connection with various City of Pittsburgh projects to add funding for the Preliminary Engineering phase increasing the total not to exceed to Three Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($3,968,237.13), a net increase of Sixty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Three Dollars and Ninety-Four Cents ($67,773.94), reimbursable at various rates.
