The briefing sessions are scheduled as follows: TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2026 LARGE CONFERENCE ROOM 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM Tom Link, Chief Development Officer, and Catherine Murray, Director of Government Affairs & Strategic Initiatives, from the URA will be in attendance. Sunshine Laws prohibit a Council quorum at either session; however, Members’ staff may attend in their place.
