Daniel Lavelle has requested a briefing with City Council Members and their staff to discuss Bill No. 2026-0111. Bill No. 2026-0111 Resolution to authorize and direct the incurring of Non-Electoral Debt through the issuance of a series of General Obligation Bonds of the City of Pittsburgh, in the maximum aggregate principal amount of Fifty-Six Million Twenty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($56,020,000). MONDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2026 LARGE CONFERENCE ROOM 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM Sunshine Laws prohibit a Council quorum at either session; however, Members’ staff may attend in their place.
