TO: PRESIDENT AND ALL COUNCIL MEMBERS FROM: KIMBERLY CLARK-BASKIN, CITY CLERK DATE: JANUARY 10, 2025 SUBJECT: BILL 2024-1141 Please be advised that Councilperson Robert Charland has requested a briefing with City Council Members to discuss Bill 2024-1141, Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Department of Human Resources, and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the County of Allegheny to support children, youth, and family programs administered by the Department of Human Services, at a cost not to exceed Four Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,200,000.00) for a one-year pilot agreement. Briefing sessions are as follows: TUESDAY, JANUARY 21, 2025 Large Conference Room 1:30 PM – 2:15 PM 2:15 PM – 3:00 PM Chief Patrick Cornell, Office of Management & Budget will be in attendance. Sunshine Laws prohibit a Council quorum at either session; however, Members’ staff may attend in their place.
