    Councilor Grady Sexton moved to enter a non-meeting under RSA 91-A:3 to discuss the City Manager's Evaluation. The motion was duly seconded and passed with no dissenting votes. Councilor Brown departed the meeting at 7:45 p.m. for the purpose of discussing the City Manager’s Compensation. Councilor Brown rejoined the meeting 8:20 p.m.

    At 8:27 p.m. they returned to public session. At 8:28 p.m. Councilor Todd moved to seal the minutes. The motion was duly seconded and passed with no dissenting votes.

  9. Adjournment.

    At 8:29 p.m. Councilor Grady Sexton made a motion to adjourn. The motion was duly seconded.
