    A Substitute Motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Eislelt and seconded by Council Member Ajmera to not approve the current language and have the Co-Chairs of the Intergovernmental Relations Committee go back and talk with other colleagues on the other board and to determine if there is any specific interest on any topics that they would like to pursue to see if there are benefits or efficiencies to be created through a functional consolidation of any particular area. The Substitute Motion passes unanimously:
