When the Chair of the Board asks for public testimony, at that time you can click on “raise your hand” at the top of the screen and staff will bring you into the discussion. Once you are brought into the discussion, you will be able to be seen and heard by the Board and provide your testimony. This hearing, which involves “The Scene” which is located at 14816 E US 40 HWY, is regarding revocation of the retail sales-by-drink license and retail-sales-by-drink Sunday license. The Liquor Control Board of Review consists of eight taxpaying residents of the city who are appointed by the mayor. Six of the members are designated as regular members and two of the members are designated as alternate members. The Liquor Control Board of Review conducts hearings whenever the manager, an applicant or an eligible consenter makes a request for a hearing based on the denial, approval or revocation of a liquor license by the manager.
