When the Chair of the Board asks for public testimony, at that time you can click on “raise your hand” at the top of the screen and staff will bring you into the discussion. At that time, you will be visible to the Board and will be able to provide your testimony. This hearing which involves Rendezvous Lounge, which is located at 11814-16 Blue Ridge Blvd, is regarding revocation of the retail sales-by-drink license and retail-sales-by-drink Sunday license and convention trade area 3:00am. The Liquor Control Board of Review consists of eight taxpaying residents of the city who are appointed by the mayor. Six of the members are designated as regular members and two of the members are designated as alternate members. The Liquor Control Board of Review conducts hearings whenever the manager, an applicant or an eligible consenter makes a request for a hearing based on the denial, approval or revocation of a liquor license by the manager.
