2. 250949 Sponsor: Councilmember Wes Rogers COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE, AS AMENDED Reducing Contingent Appropriation in the amount of $500,000.00 in the General Fund to provide funding for the Police Foundation of Kansas City to use towards technology improvements for the Kansas City Police Department; designating requisitioning authority; directing the City Manager to include a request for appropriation in the FY27 submitted budget from the Public Safety Sales Tax Fund in the amount of $500,000.00 as a transfer to the General Fund; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
