    Chair Person Fowler introduced the committee members present. A quorum was established. Chair Person Fowler left at 3:17 p.m. and returned at 3:19 p.m. Committee Member Stuckel left at 3:32 p.m. and Vice Chair Ackerson left at 3:54 p.m.

    A motion was made by Committee Member Benson, seconded by Committee Member Engel, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. James Maynard, Public Works and Assets, spoke to the item. Vice Chair Ackerson assumed the chair at 3:17 p.m. Dirk Gowin, Public Works and Assets, spoke to the item. Chair Person Fowler reassumed the chair at 3:19 p.m. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.

  7. 3. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT A PET SMART CHARITIES GRANT AWARD TOTALING $25,000 SUPPORTING PET OWNER RETENTION INITIATIVES TO BE UTILIZED BY METRO ANIMAL SERVICES.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 126, SERIES 2007 RELATING TO THE 2007-2008 CAPITAL BUDGET AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 60, SERIES 2012 AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 107, SERIES 2013 RELATING TO THE 2013-2014 CAPITAL BUDGET AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 098, SERIES 2014 AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 104, SERIES 2015 RELATING TO THE 2015-2016 CAPITAL BUDGET AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 115, SERIES 2017 RELATING TO THE 2017-2018 CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON METRO GOVERNMENT BY TRANSFERRING $668,000 OF PARKS LOUISVILLE LOOP MATCH AMOUNTS TO ACTIVE LOUISVILLE LOOP PROJECTS PLUS THREE NEW PARKS PROJECTS AND AMENDING LOUISVILLE LOOP GRANT MATCH LANGUAGE.
