A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT $47,940 OF SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDING FROM THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET FOR THE ADDITIONAL DESIGN PHASE OF THE DIXIE DO-OVER PROJECT TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS & ASSETS.ResolutionAction: recommended for approval Passed
A motion was made by Committee Member Stuckel, seconded by Committee Member Coan, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Dirk Gowin, Metro Public Works and Assets, spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.

A motion was made by Committee Member Stuckel, seconded by Committee Member Coan, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Dirk Gowin, Metro Public Works and Assets, spoke to the item. Mr. Gowin asked for a technical correction in the amount of the Resolution. It should be, "ACCEPT $31,000 OF ADDITIONAL FUNDING", rather than $221,000. The $221,000 is the new total amount of the project. The Clerk made the technical correction in the document. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.
