A motion was made by Committee Member Welch, seconded by Chair Person Fowler, that this Ordinance be amended by substitution (See attachment labeled O-428-16 Tree Canopy Proposed Amendment). The following spoke to the item: Council Member Hollander Erin Thompson, Division of Community Forestry Jeffrey Brown, Public Works and Assets Wesley Sydnor, Metropolitan Sewer District Brian Bingham, Metropolitan Sewer District Robert Trimble, Louisville Gas & Electric Company The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. A motion was made by Committee Member Welch, seconded by Committee Member Benson that this be Ordinance. The motion to table carried by a voice vote.
