  8. 4. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT $500,000 OF FUNDING FROM THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET FOR THE OLMSTED PARKWAYS BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS PLANNING FOR EASTERN PARKWAY PROJECT TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE METRO PARKS DEPARTMENT.
