    A motion was made by Committee Member Butler, seconded by Committee Member Coan, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. Chair Person Mulvihill, Committee Member Coan and Council Member Sexton Smith spoke to the item. Chair Person Mullvihill announced the following two public hearing dates: 1. October 30, 2018 - Public Hearing for those who are directly regulated by the proposed Ordinance 2. November 13, 2018 - Public Hearing for any other interested parties

    Without objection, Chair Person Mulvihill adjourned the meeting at 3:59 PM.
