  6. 2. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT $14,000 FROM THE KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET FOR A FENCE PROJECT AT THE TRIMARC SITE ALONG WEST MAIN STREET TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS & ASSETS.
    Resolution
    Action: recommended for approval Passed

    A motion was made by Committee Member Stuckel, seconded by Committee Member Butler, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Dirk Gowin, Public Works and Assets, spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.
