    Vice Chair Engel called the meeting to order at 3:04 PM.

    Vice Chair Engel introduced the committee members and non-committee members present. A quorum was established.

  4. 1. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT AN AMENDMENT FROM THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET REGARDING THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THE LAGRANGE ROAD BIKE AND PEDESTRIAN PROJECT TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS & ASSETS.

    A motion was made by Committee Member Stuckel, seconded by Committee Member Coan, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Dirk Gowin, Public Works and Assets, spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.

  5. 2. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR’S SIGNATURE ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE TRANSIT AUTHORITY OF RIVER CITY (TARC) CONCERNING A $1,500,000 CONTRACT FOR BUS STOP AND PEDESTRIAN ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS & ASSETS.
