    Chair Person Mulvihill called the meeting to order at 3:08 PM.

  2. Roll Call

    Chair Person Mulvihill introduced the committee members and non-committee members present. A quorum was established. Committee Member Butler left at 3:21 PM.

    Action: amended Passed

    A motion was made by Committee Member Butler, seconded by Committee Member Stuckel, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. John Swintosky and John Callihan, Public Works and Assets, spoke to the item. A motion was made by Committee Member Butler that this Resolution be tabled, the motion failed due to lack of a second. A motion was made by Committee Member Coan, seconded by Vice Chair Engel, that this Resolution be amended to strike references to Eastern Parkway and Olmsted Parkways and add language clarifying that the grant awards being combined are Congestion, Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) funds. The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.

    Without objection, Chair Person Mulvihill adjourned the meeting at 3:37 PM. *NOTE: Items sent to the Consent Calendar or Old Business will be heard before the full Council at the Metro Council Meeting on June 14, 2018.
