    Chair Purvis called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m.

    Chair Purvis introduced the committee and non-committee members present. A quorum was established. *NOTE: All committee members present attended virtually, except for Chair Purvis and Committee Member Chappell, who attended in Chambers.

  4. 1. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 156.005 AND 156.052 OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATED TO DONATION DROP-OFF BINS DUE TO THE REPEAL OF CHAPTER 117.

    A motion was made by Vice Chair Engel, seconded by Committee Member Flood, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. The following spoke to this item: Jason Fowler, Jefferson County Attorney's Office Sonya Harward, Clerk The following was discussed: - Louisville Metro Code of Ordinances ("LMCO") Chapter 156 still has references to sections of the LMCO that have been previously repealed and this removes those references The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to the Consent Calendar:

  5. 2. A RESOLUTION DETERMINING CERTAIN PROPERTY AT 3907 BARDSTOWN ROAD AS SURPLUS AND NOT NEEDED FOR A GOVERNMENTAL PURPOSE AND AUTHORIZING ITS TRANSFER.

    Sponsorship was withdrawn. Committee Member Chappell asked if something needed to be done to address this Resolution at a later time. Committee Member Ackerson explained about legislation dying if sponsorship is withdrawn or not passed within six months of introduction.

    Without objection, Chair Purvis adjourned the meeting at 4:09 p.m.
