A motion was made by Committee Member Benson, seconded by Committee Member Fowler, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Dirk Gowin, Department of Public Works and Assets, spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.
