    A motion was made by Vice Chair Johnson, seconded by Committee Member Benson, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Vanessa Burns, Director of Public Works and Assets, spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.
