    Chair Person Owen called the meeting to order at 3:01 p.m.

    Chair Person Owen introduced the members that were present. A quorum was established.

  4. 1. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT $390,650 OF FUNDING FROM THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET FOR DESIGN OF THE EXTENSION OF RIVER ROAD WEST FROM 7TH STREET TO NORTHWESTERN PARKWAY TO BE ADMINISTERED BY DEVELOP LOUISVILLE.

    A motion was made by Committee Member Stuckel, seconded by Committee Member Butler, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Jeff O'Brien, Develop Louisville, spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.
