   A motion was made by Vice Chair Stuckel, seconded by Committee Member Coan, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. Brian Davis and Emily Liu, Planning and Design Services, spoke to the item and gave a presentation. The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to Old Business:

9. 4. AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING FROM R-5 RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY TO R-5B RESIDENTIAL TWO-FAMILY ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 535 CAMDEN AVENUE CONTAINING 0.1757 ACRES AND BEING IN LOUISVILLE METRO (CASE NO. 16ZONE1085) (AS AMENDED).

    A motion was made by Vice Chair Stuckel, seconded by Committee Member Reed, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. Emily Liu, Planning and Design Services, spoke to the item. A motion was made by Vice Chair Stuckel, seconded by Committee Member Engel, that this Ordinance be recommended to be transmitted back to the Planning Commission for a different street name recommendation. The motion to recommend for transmittal back to the Planning Commission carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to Old Business:
