A motion was made by Committee Member Hollander, seconded by Committee Member Coan, that this Ordinance be amended by: - Adding "except that the “Historic Re-Use” Sub-Area would be more appropriately classified as the “High Intensity Re-Use” Sub-Area in both the Neighborhood Plan Update and the Executive Summary" at the end of Whereas Statement #4. - Adding "with the exception that the “Historic Re-Use” Sub-Area shall be renamed the “High Intensity Re-Use” Sub-Area" at the end of Section I. - Adding "with the exception that the “Historic Re-Use” Sub-Area shall be renamed the “High Intensity Re-Use” Sub-Area" at the end of Section II.
