A motion was made by Chair Person Flood, seconded by Committee Member Coan, that this Ordinance be amended per the proposed document (see attached). The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. Committee Member Coan stated a technical correction should be made in the sixth line of proposed Section 5.12.2.A.3 in Exhibit A, to correct 'on' to 'of'.
