    Chair Person Flood called the meeting to order at 1:30 PM.

    Chair Person Flood introduced the committee members present. A quorum was established.

  4. 1. AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING FROM R-5B RESIDENTIAL TWO-FAMILY TO C-1 COMMERCIAL ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1749 FRANKFORT AVENUE CONTAINING 0.07 ACRES AND BEING IN LOUISVILLE METRO (CASE NO. 18ZONE1038) (AS AMENDED).

    A motion was made by Vice Chair Stuckel, seconded by Committee Member Reed, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. Brian Davis, Planning and Design Services, spoke to the item and gave a presentation. Committee Member Hollander also spoke to the item. A motion was made by Committee Member Hollander, seconded by Committee Member Engel, that this Ordinance be amended by amending Binding Element #5 to read as follows: "The subject property shall only be used for office uses allowed in the [C-R] C-1 Commercial zoning district unless a change in use to [a] another use allowed in C-1 Commercial zoning district is approved by both the Louisville Planning Commission and the Louisville Metro Council. Notice of any proposed change shall be given to the parties who received notice of the public hearing on September 20, 2018. This binding element shall be subject to the standard of review and notification in the Land Development Code, section 11.4.7." The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.

  5. 2. AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING FROM R-7 RESIDENTIAL MULTI-FAMILY TO [C-1] C-R COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1860 FRANKFORT AVENUE CONTAINING 0.56 ACRES AND BEING IN LOUISVILLE METRO (CASE NO. 18ZONE1039) (AS AMENDED).

  7. 4. A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION TO ADOPT A REGULATION PROVIDING FOR APPEALS TO THE METRO COUNCIL IN SUBDIVISION CASES.
