The Planning, Zoning and Annexation Committee reviewed and approved several zoning change requests for properties across Louisville Metro, including changes from residential to commercial and residential to office/residential zones. Brian Davis from Planning and Design Services presented most of the zoning cases, which will now move to the full Metro Council for final consideration.
