    Vice Chair Stuckel called the meeting to order at 1:34 p.m.

    Vice Chair Stuckel introduced the committee members and non-committee members present. A quorum was established.

    Committee Member Hollander and Paul Whitty, Jefferson County Attorney's Office, spoke to the item. Committee Member Hollander stated that the review would not be a public hearing and no public comment would be taken. A motion was made by Committee Member Hollander, seconded by Committee Member Reed, that the review of the Landmarks Commission designation be scheduled for the regularly scheduled Planning, Zoning and Annexation Committee meeting on July 17, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. The motion carried by a voice vote.
