A motion was made by Committee Member Engel, seconded by Committee Member Hollander, that this Ordinance be amended by adding the following Binding Element #12: Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, the developer shall construct a sidewalk within the area to be dedicated to right-of-way between the relocated eastern boundary of the property and the new Old Bardstown Road western right-of-way line, as shown on the approved development plan. The sidewalk shall be designed and constructed to accommodate the roadway realignment and comply with current Metro Public Works sidewalk standards. The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
