   Chair Flood called the meeting to order at 1:07 p.m.

2. Roll Call

   Chair Flood introduced the committee members and non-committee members present. A quorum was established. *NOTE: All committee members and non-committee members present attended virtually, except Committee Member Chappell, Committee Member Ruhe and Council Member Owen, who attended in Chambers.

4. 1. AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ZONING OF PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 2297, 2301, 2313 AND 2345 LEXINGTON ROAD CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 4.24 ACRES AND BEING IN LOUISVILLE METRO (CASE NO. 22ZONE0043). (AS AMENDED)

   A motion was made by Vice Chair Reed, seconded by Committee Member Engel, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. 6. 3. AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ZONING OF PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 9710 PRESTON HIGHWAY, 9701 AND 9900 COOPER CHURCH DRIVE, AND 5115, 5121 AND 5141 COMMERCE CROSSINGS DRIVE CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 82.08 ACRES AND BEING IN LOUISVILLE METRO (CASE NO. 21ZONE0125). (AS AMENDED)

   A motion was made by Vice Chair Reed, seconded by Committee Member Engel, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. A motion was made by Chair Flood, seconded by Committee Member Engel, that this Ordinance be amended as shown in the attached document titled "O-378-22 V.2 CAM 012423 Zoning at 9710 Preston Highwyay, 9701 & 9900 Cooper Church Dr, and 5115, 5121 & 5141 Commerce Crossings Dr.pdf." AN ORDINANCE CREATING A NEW SECTION TO LOUISVILLE/ JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT CODE OF ORDINANCES (“LMCO”) CHAPTER 153 REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS FOR ZONING MAP AMENDMENTS IF THERE ARE DELINQUENT TAXES OR VALID LIENS HELD BY LOUISVILLE METRO GOVERNMENT THAT ARE UNPAID (AS AMENDED).
