The Planning and Zoning Committee met to review several zoning and land development ordinances, approving multiple property rezoning requests and amending truck parking regulations. Most proposed ordinances were recommended for approval and will move forward to the full Metro Council meeting on August 11th.

    Chair Flood called the meeting to order at 1:02 p.m.

    Chair Flood introduced the committee members and non-committee members present. A quorum was established. *NOTE: All committee members and non-committee members present attended in Chambers, except Vice Chair Reed and Committee Member Arthur, who attend virtually.
