    Chair Flood called the meeting to order at 1:01 p.m.

    Chair Flood introduced the committee and non-committee members present. A quorum was established. *NOTE: All committee and non-committee members present attended in Chambers, except Council Member Bowens, Committee Member Arthur, Council Member Chambers Armstrong, and Vice Chair Reed, who attended virtually.

    A motion was made by Committee Member Hollander, seconded by Committee Member Triplett, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Council Member Chambers Armstrong stated that the Resolution would enable the neighborhood to change its name and be called the Original Highlands Neighborhood, as it appears on the Neighborhood Plan. She also stated this would allow for updating older maps and logic. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.

  7. 4. AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 100 NORTH CRESTMOOR AVENUE CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 0.295 ACRES AND BEING IN LOUISVILLE METRO (CASE NO. 20ZONE0126).

    A motion was made by Committee Member Triplett, seconded by Committee Member Hollander, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. Brian Davis, Planning and Design Services, gave a presentation on the Planning Commission's recommendation (see attached). Committee Member Hollander spoke in favor of the Ordinance denying the zoning change. The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to Old Business:
