The following spoke to this item: - Council Member Blackwell - Council Member Shanklin - Council Member Arthur - Council Member Benson - Council Member Batshon - Council Member Flood A motion was made by Council Member Piagentini, seconded by Council Member Kramer, that this Ordinance be amended by adding the following: - $2,000 from District 25 - $1,000 each from Districts 17 and 20 - $500 from District 18 - $250 from District 16 The motion to amend carried by a voice vote for a new appropriated total of $10,000.
