    Council President Winkler called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. This meeting was held pursuant to KRS 61.826 and Council Rule 5A. All Council Members attended the meeting in Chambers, except for the following who attended virtually via WebEx: - Council Member Arthur - Council Member Chambers Armstrong

    Council President Winkler reviewed the process to be used to appoint the District 6 Council Member and opened the floor for nominations. - Council Member Piagentini nominated Phillip T. Baker. - Council Member Mulvihill nominated Chris Hartman. - Council Member Fowler nominated Stephen Peterson. The period for nominations was closed and the Clerk conducted a roll call vote. The results of the vote were as follows: Council Member Tammy Hawkins - Phillip T. Baker Council Member Barbara Shanklin - Phillip T. Baker Council Member Jecorey Arthur - Phillip T.
