Council President Winkler reviewed the process to be used to appoint the District 6 Council Member and opened the floor for nominations. - Council Member Piagentini nominated Phillip T. Baker. - Council Member Mulvihill nominated Chris Hartman. - Council Member Fowler nominated Stephen Peterson. The period for nominations was closed and the Clerk conducted a roll call vote.
