    Council President James called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. This meeting was held pursuant to KRS 61.826 and Council Rule 5A. Copies of the results of this Traffic Study shall be sent to Planning and Design Services, Louisville Metro Public Works, and the office of the Metro Council Member for District Twelve."
