    Chair Winkler called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m.

    Chair Winkler introduced the committee members and non-committee members present. A quorum was established. *NOTE: All committee members present attended virtually, except for Committee Member Dorsey, Council President James, Council Member Hollander, Chair Winkler, and Committee Member Peden.

    Chair Winkler spoke to this item: - Plans to have public comments at the start of this meeting going forward - Data has been loaded into the redistricting program about a week ago - Next step is to create a draft which will be reviewed by the Jefferson County Attorney's Office to make sure it is compliant with the law - Once reviewed, the draft will be on the agenda for discussion going forward
