The following also spoke to this item: - Chair Winkler - Council Member Kramer - Council Member Purvis - Council Member Triplett - Council Member McCraney The following was discussed: - Data regarding race and how it is trending towards greater integration but is still very segregated - Housing growth and whether is it affordable housing - Redistricting with as little disruption as possible - Whether there were other options rather than shifting everything eastward - What the map would look like if a Democratic District was eliminated or moved - Whether a Council District can be eliminated - Whether goals should be set for consideration while navigating this process
