A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GRANTING OF LOCAL INCENTIVES TO ALDORA ALUMINUM & GLASS PRODUCTS, INC., THE SURVIVING CORPORATION AFTER A MERGER BETWEEN ITSELF AND LOUISVILLE PLATE GLASS COMPANY, INC., AND ANY SUBSEQUENT ASSIGNEES OR APPROVED AFFILIATES THEREOF PURSUANT TO KRS CHAPTER 154, SUBCHAPTER 32.

  6. 2. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GRANTING OF LOCAL INCENTIVES TO ADP BENEFIT SERVICES KY, INC., INCLUDING ITS APPROVED AFFILIATE, ADP, LLC, AND ANY SUBSEQUENT ASSIGNEES OR APPROVED AFFILIATES THEREOF PURSUANT TO KRS CHAPTER 154, SUBCHAPTER 32.

    A motion was made by Committee Member Benson, seconded by Committee Member Sexton Smith, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Sierra Enlow, Louisville Forward, spoke to the item. There was a question regarding the company being located in the suburban city of Jefferstown. Ms. Enlow will provide the information to Chair Person Butler prior to the item appearing on the April 12th Council meeting agenda. The motion carried by a voice vote and due to the request for information, Chair Person Butler sent the item to Old Business.
