    Vice Chair Yates called the meeting to order at 4:04 PM.

  9. 2. A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO THE CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCES, APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE FOLLOWING NONCOMPETITIVELY NEGOTIATED SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT - (ORGANIZATIONAL WELLNESS AND LEARNING SYSTEMS, INC. - $53,400.00).

    Action: recommended for approval Passed

    A motion was made by Committee Member Kramer, seconded by Committee Member Sexton Smith, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Dr. Sarah Moyer, Public Health and Wellness, spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.

    Without objection, Vice Chair Yates adjourned the meeting at 4:34 PM. *NOTE: Items sent to the Consent Calendar or Old Business will be heard before the full Council at the Metro Council Meeting on March 22, 2018.
