    Chair Person Butler called the meeting to order at 4:07 p.m.

  5. Roll Call

    Chair Person Butler introduced the committee members present. A quorum was established. Committee Member Yates and Committee Member Sexton Smith arrived at 4:08 p.m.

  7. 1. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GRANTING OF LOCAL INCENTIVES TO SONDEX, INC. AND ANY SUBSEQUENT ASSIGNEES OR APPROVED AFFILIATES THEREOF PURSUANT TO KRS CHAPTER 154, SUBCHAPTER 32.

    A motion was made by Committee Member Benson, seconded by Committee Member Kramer, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Matt Yates, Economic Development, spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.

  8. 2. A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO THE CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCES, APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE FOLLOWING NONCOMPETITIVELY NEGOTIATED SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT (ALLEY CAT ADVOCATES, INC. - $50,000.00).
